For the storage of goods in a small area, automatic high-bay warehouses are always first choice. They are the benchmark for fully automated storage and retrieval and delivery to the shipping area, regardless of whether the goods are pallets, steel racks, rolls or stacks. AutoStore® - cutting-edge warehousing and order picking of small parts

In the small parts storage business, HÖRMANN Intralogistics is the official distributor of the modern and innovative AutoStore® storage system. This concept automatically stores small parts in special plastic bins and delivers them to the picking ports. It can't get any more efficient and productive than that.

Compared to conventional automated small parts warehouses (AKL), AutoStore® offers a compact solution that needs neither racks nor aisles. This reduces the footprint by up to 75% compared to conventional miniload systems.

The bins are stacked on each other directly on the floor of the hall. The rail system (grid) is above the stacks. High-speed robots move there, pick up the bins, sort them and deliver them to the destination port either for storage or order picking. The number of robots and workstations depends on the customer's throughput requirements.

Automatic paper roll warehouses - direct retrieval and delicate handling

HÖRMANN Intralogistics paper roll warehouses  feature gentle storage, delicate handling, and direct handling of paper and film rolls. Special high-bay storage systems provide maximum flexibility for different load units and weights.

Paper roll storage systems can have a total height of up to 40 meters and even more.

Pick-by-Robot - customized picking based on artificial intelligence

High productivity, low operating costs and straightforward setup: together with our  partner robominds, we have developed a modular platform for process intelligence enabling 100% error-free picking.
